No. Devoxal is a voice operating layer for the coding agents you already use — Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, VS Code. The agent writes code; Devoxal is ears, mouth, and hands.

Dictation drops text into a field. Devoxal understands conductor commands vs coding prompts, auto-submits to IDE chat, watches agent deltas, narrates progress, and supports barge-in — including from your phone.

During the free 14-day trial, yes — bring your own OpenAI key (stays on your Mac). Paid individual and team seats use hosted usage; local BYOK is overflow only. Keys are never shared across a team.

You must be on a Team plan with a card on file to invite. When someone accepts, that seat is billed (days 1–14 of your cycle = full price; day 15+ = half). Until payment clears they keep their personal plan. If payment fails for 24 hours they’re removed and emailed. Team Pro/Premium use a team-wide monthly on-demand cap; Team Enterprise also allows per-member monthly caps.

Cursor first. Claude Code, Windsurf, and VS Code follow via thin adapters. Sync from the Mac dashboard when your IDE is open.

No. Orchestration runs against your IDE chat and voice session. You control keys and cloud sync settings from the dashboard.

Mac ships first. Windows Electron is on the roadmap after the Mac MVP loop is solid.
